How to Request an App Data Refresh From 42matters
At 42matters, we update our mobile and connected TV (CTV) app data on a regular basis to assure near real-time app and app market intelligence. Nevertheless, it’s possible that major version releases or app market trends occur between updates. As such, you might want to double check that you’re working with the latest data for a particular app.
While we offer App Recrawl APIs for iOS, Android, and Amazon apps, we now offer something a little easier for the less technically inclined. Indeed, users can now submit app data refresh requests via forms on the iOS, Android, and Amazon API documentation pages linked above.
To find these app data refresh request forms, scroll down to the ‘Example Request’ sections of the Recrawl API documentation pages and click the button titled ‘USE FORM TO MAKE THE REQUEST.’ This will expand a number of fields that must be filled in to submit the request. See below.

Please note, if you want to submit a request, you must be a registered user and you must be logged into your 42matters account. Moreover, it may take up to 24 hours to refresh the requested app data.
